Stand Up Paddleboarding is the new watersports adventure to arrive at Tees Barrage White Water Centre.
We offer 2 hour intro sessions and all equipment is provided. All you need to bring is something to wear under a wetsuit, like swimming shorts/suit and some shoes you don’t mind getting wet (let’s face it, falling in is half the fun!). We advise bringing a towel and any toiletries in case you would like to shower afterwards.
Once the introduction course is complete the most common step is to move onto the British Canoeing Star Awards. Looking to join a club to consolidate what’s been achieved could also be a good solution to continue development.
