These 2 hour instructor lead sessions are for anyone 10 years and above who wants to experience Stand Up Paddle boarding at the Tees Barrage.
The capacity of each session will be limited to 8 people.
Participants will be provided with a westuit, helmet, buoyancy aid, waterproof jacket, board and paddle. Wetsuits are not essential but we suggest that you wear, old clothes and old trainers as they will get wet. We ask that all participants arrive dressed in the clothing you are going to head out on the water in.
