Park Jam Returns for 2023

On Sunday 29th October we welcomed back Bren Orton, Palm Equipment and Pyranha Kayaks for Park Jam ’23. After fears of torrential rain putting a dampener on the event, the local water sports community came out in force when the water was turned on at 10:30am.

We were joined by paddlers of all experience levels and abilities and it was amazing to see the encouraging, learning environment created by all involved. Paddlers navigated the waves and holes of the course until they found some tall spots, perfect for practicing loops and trying out new tricks.

After a wet and wild morning visitors got the chance to spend the afternoon with Bren and the team, heading indoors at 2pm to catch a sneak peak of his latest film. Pyranha and Palm also delivered some fantastic presentations, activities and prizes. Overall, the event was a huge success and it was great to share the course with Bren, we’re already looking forward to the next one!
